To make a room reservation please click on DoubleTree By Hilton Lansing
1. Once you select the room type, complete the Hotel Booking Form.
A. For date adjustment needs, please change Check-in and Check-out date box at the top of site.
B. Check the date default. Make sure you have the correct dates.
2. The booking form will ask for the guest details and email address.
3. Secure payment option is the section of the booking form that holds your credit card details. Input your credit card information.
4. Once you have completed this step click the “Make Reservation” button and your reservation will be sent immediately to the Hotel.
To make room reservation by phone call 1-833-904-2206, and reservations can assist with securing rooms. It is important that each of your guests identify themselves as part of the SHAPE 2026 FALL CONF group and provide reservations the code “SPE” to receive the discounted group rate.
Room rates are $149.00/night. The Double Tree has a walkway connected to the Lansing Center. Self-Parking is $15.00/night. This is the very best location and parking available in the downtown area.

Please note that an individual him/herself is not tax exempt. If you or your attendees are looking for tax exemption status, the method of payment for the reservation will need to come from a tax-exempt organization.
The physical method of payment will be required for verification at check-in, or the organization will need to fill out a credit card authorization form and submit the tax exemption form for each reservation. In order to facilitate this process at check in, please call the front desk directly at 517-482-0188 with the confirmation number and name on the reservation and request that they send you a credit card authorization link to fill out prior to your arrival!
